Hi, can any help me with the strengthening exercise. I'm finding it very difficult to imagine the flight scene as photos at the same time as my RM. My mind doesnt seem to be able to focus on both. Does it work if you imagine the scene and then the RM? Any tips would be greatly appreciated, I'm flying with my 20 month old daughter in 5 weeks and I really don't want to be scared in front of her.
