I know the news sensationalizes this some and that planes are meant to withstand the strongest of turbulence. And also that injuries occur because of flying objects and/or people not being securely buckled in. The part I find most concerning is that the pilot claims that "he felt he had no control of the plane twice" during the extreme turbulence event and was a 30 year veteran. Do you think his comments were justified or what do you make of them?
