On a trip from DFW to Florida recently, I ran across THIS song. Of
course I'd just fired up the iPod on the takeoff roll with the earbud in the right ear (as I was in 4D) so the FA couldn't see it. I kicked off the
album this song was on, found the song I wanted, heard it all the way through, and then this song started right before they officially allowed electronic
devices.
Living in Plano, TX, it's hot in the summer so I get a good tan pretty early on. Here I am in shorts, sandals, and a white, short-sleeve, tropical, button-down shirt in first class on the way to Florida.
I recognized the movie this was from instantly, but it just sounded so perfect for the trip I played it a couple times before landing.
I always seem to run across another song that just fits, for some reason, on every trip.
