I have a flight coming up this week, only a few days away, and I'm having all of this internal conflict. A lot of me wants to go because I know the trip
will be a great time, but my fear of flying is telling me to cancel-you'll feel so much better. I know if I cancel, I'll probably never arrange
another trip with a flight, and I hate the thought of that. It will limit me and my family so much. I also know I'll feel like a failure if I cancel, but
I'm so scared that my fear will get the best of me once I'm on the plane, and that I'll freak out and not be able to do anything about it. Any
suggestions out there?
