Thanks, Captain T. I will definitely add it to my exercises. One of my biggest "issues" with flying is the fear of some kind of freak mechanical failure that even the backup systems and skilled pilots can't prevent. I think its just that I like to know that EVERYTHING is 100% safe, and this need has intensified for me since 9/11 (I live and work in NYC).
I also heard that the plane was one of those value airlines that were having issues, pilots wanted to strike, budget cuts, etc. - I wonder how much that had to do with things? Thanks.
