Hi,

Though - overall - 2014 was the safest year ever, some of the accidents that did happen were a person's worst nightmare. We need to approach flight anxiety to answer two questions.

First "Is it safe enough for me to do it?" That is actually an easy question, but only if a person can set emotion aside when examining it. No question about it. It is safer to fly than to stay home and go about your daily routine. Why? Becomes compared with walking down the street, or driving a car, flying is safer. Compared with your routine, it protects you.

Second, "OK, if it is safe enough to do, how to I control the feelings?" We can show you how to establish control that works automatically. See, if you wait until you get on the plane and try to relax using some exercise, it's too late. You have to do preparation prior to flying that will work so automatically that, even when you are starting to get upset, it clicks in and takes care of you.

We can do that. Please see http://www.fearofflying.com/relief
