I am flying next month and terrified! A little history...I have flown before, about 6 times. I have never fled a plane, screamed, etc.... I have had panic
attacks on take-off and mini-attacks while in the air, but eventually, I am able to get up, walk around, etc... I always have to have a window seat; not being
able to see out makes me dizzy. There is my problem. I have had a problem with balance, vertigo, etc... for about 5 years now. I had a brain tumor 5 years ago...

understanding) I did get on (thank you, Capt Tom), and I did well once we were in the air, but I really don't want to repeat that when I fly next week.
